The land is located on the southeast part of Rhodes island between the main road and the beach. The soft slope terrain offers a great sea view of the coastline from Lindos to Plimiri. The area is characterized by natural beauty and low scale development of up market resorts. A few kilometers further south there are two hotels the Atrium Prestige and the Magic life. The 73.140 m² of land expands from the main road towards the beach. The planned hotel will have 320 rooms and suites, on two storey buildings, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a complete spa facility with indoor pool, many outdoor pools and additional facilities required for a 5* resort in Greece.
