The company was founded with the name ERGOPLAN in 1995 by Avraam Mavrommatis and son Ioannis Mavrommatis as a successor of the company A. Mavrommatis and son partners.
The company is headed by Ioannis Mavrommatis, mechanical engineer BSc. MSc.
ERGOPLAN’S purpose is to do building and mechanical projects. It undertakes all types of simple or specialized construction projects and mechanical installations focusing on quality and timing.
The company is housed in its own premises, where are also accommodated the administration offices, accounting, main stores of the company for tools and equipment, workshops, and a production unit for aluminum window and door frames.
ERGOPLAN is a flexible and growing company specializing in the construction and renovation of buildings. We offer a wide variety of services using quality materials and trained staff ensuring an excellent end result.
The aim of the company is the satisfaction of our customers by fulfilling their needs and expectations.
We emphasize on technological solutions and construction details so to achieve high level of specifications and customer satisfaction. We evaluate our partners and cooperate with subcontractors and suppliers meeting certain quality criteria.
The company owns an adequate number of trucks, construction equipment and machinery allowing to perform independently the execution of the undertaking projects.
The company is based in Rhodes and the majority of its projects were carried out on this island but it has done projects on the island of Kos and Crete as well.
main activities
Construction and refurbishments of internal areas, special areas, houses, shops, hotels, industrial areas, and any other type of building specializing though primarily in hotels.
Construction of new buildings including general excavations and foundations of buildings, brick laying, plastering and tilling, electrical and plumbing installations, carpentry, dry walls and ceilings, water and heat insulations, aluminum and air ducting, air conditioning and heating installations. Furthermore the company is doing swimming pools and various outdoor works including landscaping.
It cooperates and appoints subcontractors for general building works, reinforced concrete works and painting of buildings
