Set directly on the coastline in a plot of 55.640 m2 a luxurious 5-star hotel with a 796 bed capacity is meant to be built by AMMOS S.A.
The proposed architectural design creates a modern hospitality complex which integrates top of the line technological solutions and contemporary aesthetics. Water is an intrinsic design feature, with elegant reflection pools welcoming the visitor. The resort will offer extensive dining, spa and recreational facilities demonstrating an elegant, open-air design which complement the magnificent natural setting.
Particular emphasis is placed to integrate the building with its natural surroundings. Gardens with aromatic herbs, exotic plants, palm trees, bougainvilleas and olive trees complement a scenery that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.
The building will be constructed based on the applicable Building, Reinforced Concrete, Anti-Seismic regulations and the building conditions for areas not included in the urban planning. The total building construction is 15.000 m2 semi-covered spaces and 2.5000 m2 total pools surface.
